Project Overview
The Hyundai Gen Z brief was to reinite Hyundai’s Brand in KSA.
Roll out a Saudi-specific brand campaign that elevates Hyundai’s perceptions and strengthens its affinity with local audiences by aligning the brand’s values with the lifestyle and aspirations of young Saudis, positioning Hyundai as an integral part of their everyday lives.
Hyundai as more than just sellers of products but an authentic lifestyle partner across the various Hyundai models, each aimed at a specific audience.
I was integral in developing and revising the overall creative concept for the commercial with the Agency and creatives. Ensuring it effectively communicated the key features of The Hyundai Brand.
Storyboarding and working with the creative team to create a detailed storyboard that outlined each scene in the commercial.
Casting & Overseeing the selection of actors and talent who best represented the target audience.
Location Scouting: Choosing the filming locations that reflect the brand’s image and showcased Hyundai’s various models thiier strengths & power.
Shot Composition: Deciding on camera angles, movements, and framing to create visually compelling scenes that highlighted the product.
Actor Direction: Guiding the performers to deliver authentic, engaging performances that connected with the viewers.
Technical Oversight: I was The Director on this project and liased with DOP & the lighting team, and sound engineers to ensure high-quality production values.
Brand Alignment: Ensuring that every aspect of the TVC aligns with Hyundai’s brand guidelines while pushing the boundries & specifically appealing to the target audience were met.
Post-production Supervision: Overseeing the editing process until the finished film approval by Hyundai.
